The Early Career Program is designed for top engineering talent, offering on-the-job training, hands-on experience, and opportunities for sponsored higher education from the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), or similar institutes. The program is hiring for the role of Senior Manager in the following domains:

• Operations
• Engineering and Research and Development
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Software-Defined Vehicles
• Commercial and other relevant fields

Eligibility Criteria

• Work Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months of work experience after completing their Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree by the date of application.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree from a recognized institution.
• Graduation Year: Only candidates who graduated in 2023 are eligible to apply.
• Fields of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other relevant disciplines.
• Academic Performance: A minimum of 60 percent marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 6.0 on a scale of 10 is required throughout the candidate's academic record, including the 10th and 12th standard or diploma and the Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree.
• Recognized Institutions: The degree must be from an institution recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education or the University Grants Commission.

Who is Not Eligible?

• Candidates with part-time or correspondence qualifications.
• Candidates who have changed jobs during their work experience.
• Candidates who are fresh graduates without work experience or are currently unemployed.
• Candidates who hold a Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, or a dual-degree qualification.

• Compensation: The annual salary package is eight and a half lakh Indian Rupees.
