About the Role
TD SYNNEX is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Associate DevOps Engineer to join its global DevOps organization. In this role, you will collaborate with product development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, automate, and optimize continuous delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure solutions.
You will contribute to CI/CD automation, monitoring systems, cloud infrastructure management, and DevOps operational excellence while supporting enterprise-class applications and Agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Release Automation
- Manage application lifecycle and release management processes
- Build, maintain, and optimize continuous delivery pipelines
- Automate application build, deployment, and promotion workflows
- Ensure software releases are reliable, efficient, and scalable
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Manage Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Support cloud infrastructure operations with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management solutions
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and operational health
Monitoring & Reliability
- Configure monitoring tools, alerts, and operational dashboards
- Ensure applications and infrastructure have proper observability and automated testing capabilities
- Support capacity management, issue management, and operational reliability initiatives
Collaboration & Engineering Support
- Work closely with development and QA teams to deliver advanced DevOps capabilities
- Participate in Agile development and project planning activities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document automation and infrastructure enhancements
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures
Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements
- Apply modern DevOps and cloud engineering best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations
- Experience implementing and supporting continuous delivery pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and public cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Understanding of PaaS technologies and microservices-based application environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps automation practices
- Ability to write functional code using at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, or .NET
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security best practices
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple technical and functional teams
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring, automation, and operational management tools is preferred
- Ability to work in on-call or extended support situations when required
