Technical Support Engineer

Your Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting with application performance and bug fixes. You will collaborate with development teams to improve software reliability and ensure smooth operation of Celigo’s CloudExtend products.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide front-line technical support, diagnose software issues, and resolve user problems.
• Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution: Identify, report, and help fix application bugs using technologies like .NET, MongoDB, Angular, and JavaScript.
• System Monitoring & Performance: Track production issues and ensure seamless application performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to understand new features, deployments, and troubleshooting processes.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies, DevOps, and software development best practices.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• AWS: Basic experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, ECR, CDK, and CodePipeline.
• .NET: Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, and Web API development.
• MongoDB: Understanding of queries, performance troubleshooting, and database management.
• Angular: Hands-on experience in building and debugging Angular applications.
• JavaScript: Proficiency in asynchronous programming, error handling, and debugging.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for code management.
• Logging & Monitoring: Basic knowledge of AWS CloudWatch or similar tools.
• CI/CD: Understanding of Azure DevOps and AWS CodePipeline for continuous integration and deployments.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Infrastructure as Code: Basic knowledge of AWS CloudFormation and CDK templates.
