Role Overview
As a Trainee, you will be responsible for test case preparation, execution, and quality assurance of products, platforms, or solutions before deployment. You will ensure compliance with 100% quality assurance parameters and collaborate with development teams for seamless implementation.
Requirements
- Understand test requirements and design test cases
- Develop test plans based on business needs and testable requirements
- Execute test cases, detect bugs, and report defects with clear descriptions
- Ensure test case peer reviews and minimize rework
- Automate test processes using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation
- Design and execute automation frameworks and generate reports
- Set criteria for testing scope and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide timely test status updates and maintain test execution reports
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing status and issues
- Ensure timely response to customer requests and maintain service quality
Performance Metrics
- Testing Accuracy: Ensure error-free solutions and 100% SLA compliance
- Automation Efficiency: Implement automated processes for improved test execution
- Timely Execution: Meet deadlines for test execution and reporting
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clear communication and issue resolution
