Job Overview and Responsibilities

DevOps and CI/CD Enablement

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Support automation of build, test, and deployment workflows to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.

Cloud and Infrastructure Support

• Learn and support cloud infrastructure provisioning and management on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Assist with Infrastructure as Code implementations using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Monitoring, Reliability, and Operations

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and security using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK.
• Participate in troubleshooting deployment, environment, and infrastructure-related issues.

Automation and Scripting

• Write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.

Containers and Orchestration

• Assist with application containerization using Docker.
• Gain hands-on exposure to container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery workflows.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and team-driven problem solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line and basic shell scripting.
• Interest in learning and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in DevOps, cloud computing, or system administration.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
• Experience or exposure to Harness platform implementation.
