Visa is looking for a Software Engineer – DevOps with strong hands-on experience in cloud-native technologies, containerization, and automation. This role focuses on building, operating, and scaling highly reliable systems on AWS and GCP using Kubernetes and Docker.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop (Java/Python), deploy, and manage applications on Kubernetes and Docker
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python
• Implement and optimize cloud-native architectures on AWS and GCP
• Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient solutions
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable deployments

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps-related activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operations (preferably GKE)
• Proficiency in Docker, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid experience with AWS and GCP services
• Strong Python skills for automation and tooling
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in cloud-based distributed systems
