ELITE OFF CAMPUS 2024 HIRING is an initiative by Wipro to recruit top engineering talent across India. This program provides equal employment opportunities to deserving candidates looking to start their careers in an exciting and innovative environment.

Educational Qualifications

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA or above (as per university guidelines)
• Open School/Distance Education: Allowed only for 10th & 12th
• Graduation Duration: Must be completed within 4 years

Other Criteria

• Backlogs: Maximum 1 backlog at the time of the online assessment (must be cleared before the 8th semester).
• Education Gap: Maximum 3 years (between 10th and the start of graduation).
• Nationality:
  • Indian citizens or candidates holding PIO/OCI cards.
  • Bhutan/Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificates.
• Age Requirement: 18+ at the time of registration.

• B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory)
• M.E./M.Tech. (5-Year Integrated Courses)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Structure

• Base CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
• Flat Bonus: INR 25,000 (after 6 months from joining, merged with compensation after 12 months).
• Yearly Increments
• Merge Bonuses: Additional payouts at 18th, 24th, and 36th months from the Date of Joining (DOJ).

Service Agreement

• Applicable for 12 months post-joining.
• Penalty: INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if the agreement is breached.

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment (128 minutes)

• Aptitude Test (48 mins)
  • Logical Ability
  • Quantitative Ability
  • English (Verbal) Ability
• Written Communication Test (20 mins)
  • Essay Writing
• Online Programming Test (60 mins)
  • Solve two coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python

Round 2: Voice Assessment

• English communication skills evaluation

Round 3: Business Discussion

• Final interview with hiring managers

Final Steps & Terms

• Candidates clearing the online assessment will proceed to the English communication assessment.
• Successful candidates will move to the Business Discussion Round.
• Those who clear all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
• LOI-accepted candidates will go through pre-skilling training.
• Candidates who complete pre-skilling will receive the final offer letter.
