• 10th & 12th: 60% or above (Open School/Distance Education allowed)
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
• Degree: B.E./B.Tech (Compulsory) or M.E./M.Tech (5-Year Integrated Course)
• Branches: CS/IT and Circuital branches only

Other Conditions:

• Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed (must be cleared before the 8th semester).
• Education Gap: Max 3 years allowed (between 10th and graduation start).
• Graduation Period: Must be completed within 4 years (no gaps allowed).
• Citizenship: Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI / Bhutan & Nepal nationals (need citizenship certificate).
• Age: 18+ during registration.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
• Flat Bonus (post 6 months): INR 25,000 (merged after 12 months).
• Annual increments
• Bonus Merges: After 18, 24, and 36 months.

Service Agreement

• Duration: 12 months
• Penalty for early exit: INR 75,000 (on pro-rata basis)

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment (128 mins total)

1. Aptitude Test (48 mins)
   • Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability.
2. Written Communication Test (20 mins)
   • Essay writing.
3. Programming Test (60 mins)
   • Solve 2 coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python.

Round 2: Voice Assessment

• Evaluate English communication skills.

Round 3: Business Discussion

• Final interview and evaluation.

Additional Information

• Candidates who pass all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
• Pre-skilling training is required before receiving the Final Offer Letter.
• Malpractices in any stage will lead to immediate offer withdrawal.
