Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.E/B.Tech in CS, IT, or Circuital branches
- Graduation Year: 2025
Academic Performance:
- 10th & 12th: Minimum 60%
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
Backlogs & Gaps:
- One backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared by the 8th semester)
- Maximum three years gap in education (between 10th to graduation)
- No gaps allowed during graduation (must be completed in four years)
- Open school or distance learning accepted only for 10th & 12th
- Part-time, correspondence, or distance graduation courses not accepted
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus

Selection Process
Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Online Assessment (Three Segments)
- Aptitude Test: Verbal, Quantitative, and Logical Ability
- Coding Test: C, C++, Java, Python
- Written Communication Test
Step 3: Voice Assessment Round
Step 4: Business Discussion (Final Interview Round)
Step 5: Letter of Intent (If Selected)
Step 6: Pre-Skilling Training (Job Preparation Training)
Step 7: Offer Letter (Final Selection)
