Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) offers BCA and B.Sc students the opportunity to build a career at Wipro while pursuing M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility Criteria

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above
• Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with eligible streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics

Salary Break-up / Additional Info

• 1st Year Stipend: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
• 2nd Year Stipend: INR 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
• 3rd Year Stipend: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
• 4th Year Stipend: INR 23,000
• Joining Bonus: INR 75,000

Other Criteria

• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only.
• One backlog allowed during the Online Assessment (must clear by the 6th semester).
• Core Mathematics required during Graduation (Business Maths & Applied Maths not considered).
• Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed between 10th and commencement of graduation.
• Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
• Must be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card. Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit citizenship certificates.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or above at the time of registration.

Selection Process

Round 1 - Online Assessment (80 minutes)

• Verbal: 20 mins - 20 questions
• Analytical: 20 mins - 20 questions
• Quantitative: 20 mins - 20 questions
• Written Communication Test: 20 mins

Round 2 - Voice Assessment

Round 3 - Business Discussion

Service Agreement

• Duration: 60 months
• Joining Bonus: Pro-rata payback if leaving within this period.

• Wipro reserves the right to limit participation in the recruitment process.
• Post-online assessment, candidates must go through a voice assessment and business discussion.
• Pre-skilling training is required after receiving the Letter of Intent (LOI).
• Wipro may withdraw offers for malpractices or illegal activities during assessments, interviews, or training.
