Xactly Hiring Software Engineer

Xactly, a leader in Sales Performance Management Solutions and a part of Vista Equity Partners, is looking for a Software Engineer to join our SWAT team. This team focuses on cross-product first-response engineering, debugging, designing, and building solutions for customer-facing challenges. You'll collaborate with highly talented engineers, work on modern web applications, and deal with both private and public cloud environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience in Enterprise applications using J2EE and/or AWS.
• Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle DB preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of performance, scalability, reliability, and usability in troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Experience in debugging Java applications and troubleshooting customer issues.
• Basic knowledge of Spring Boot Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with monitoring microservices used by a large number of users.

Within 1 Month:

• Attend onboarding and training.
• Set up the local development environment.
• Learn about Xactly’s product suite, tools, and tech stack.

Within 3 Months:

• Fix product issues and bugs across different products.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Participate in code reviews.

Within 6 Months:

• Ensure best development practices in different products.
• Release customer issue fixes in Agile process.
• Contribute to new product development and work independently on tasks.

Within 12 Months:

• Work cross-functionally with development and QE teams.
• Take full ownership of features and processes.
• Continuously improve product quality and development processes.
