XenonStack is hiring Apprentice Ignite CloudOps & DevOps Interns- Technology (Full Time, Mohali)

XenonStack, in partnership with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), is offering the Apprentice Ignite program—a structured apprenticeship to prepare fresh graduates for the AI + Human Intelligence era. Apprentices will gain real-world, hands-on experience across multiple technology streams including CloudOps, DevSecOps, SecOps, Data Engineering, Agentic AI, and Quality Engineering.

This program is designed for recent graduates to build foundational expertise while contributing to enterprise-scale, AI-driven applications.

Apprenticeship Tracks

CloudOps Apprentice

• Manage cloud infrastructure for enterprise and AI workloads
• Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP for deployment, scaling, and monitoring
• Implement IaC with Terraform or Ansible
• Optimize cost, performance, and reliability

DevSecOps Apprentice

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
• Use tools like SAST, DAST, and container security
• Automate compliance checks and monitoring
• Collaborate with developers for secure code delivery

SecOps Apprentice

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats
• Work with SIEM tools, SOAR platforms, and threat intelligence
• Participate in incident response simulations
• Support development of AI-driven SOC workflows

Data Engineering Apprentice

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Work with ETL, Kafka, and data lakes
• Optimize data for ML and BI systems
• Ensure governance, compliance, and data quality

Agentic AI Apprentice

• Build and deploy AI agents for enterprise workflows
• Work with LLMOps, LangGraph, and orchestration frameworks
• Implement reasoning and reinforcement learning pipelines
• Contribute to agentic automation across domains

Quality Engineering Apprentice

• Perform manual and automated testing
• Work with tools like Selenium and JUnit
• Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing
• Ensure reliability of AI-powered applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Eligible under NATS
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
• Full-time availability for 6 months minimum
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for working with enterprise AI and emerging technologies
