Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone to international customers.
• Conduct product demos and customer training sessions.
• Gather requirements and respond to RFIs from prospects.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
