Zoniqx is Hiring DevOps Engineer

Zoniqx is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Backend) for a full-time hybrid position in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

This role is suitable for candidates with 6+ months of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, backend development, or software engineering. The position combines AWS cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, backend development, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and CI/CD.

The selected candidate will work with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, Python/Shell scripting, and backend technologies while collaborating with development teams to build scalable and reliable cloud-based applications.

• Set up, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Work with AWS services including EC2, VPC, ELB, WAF, Route53, IAM, and ECS.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Containerize backend applications using Docker.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Write automation scripts using Python and Shell.
• Collaborate with backend development teams.
• Manage source code and version control using Git.
• Configure VPC networking and cloud security according to best practices.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support the development and deployment of cloud-based backend applications.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, backend development, or software engineering.
• Strong foundation in cloud technologies and backend development.
• Interest in learning DevOps technologies and practices.
• Familiarity with backend API development or RESTful services is a plus.
• Candidates with AWS certifications or practical projects combining DevOps and backend development are encouraged to apply.
