Responsibilities

• Listen to customer calls to understand their explicit and implicit needs
• Convince and propose relevant solutions that align with business goals
• Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
• Plan and execute account strategies using client tools and platforms
• Translate marketing goals into actionable strategies
• Maintain expertise in the client’s marketing solutions
• Report pipeline and forecast updates to management
• Solve customer problems proactively
• Handle international outbound calls using dialers

Requirements

• Graduate in any field
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales or International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts (cab provided)
• Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Upselling, or Client Retention
• Familiarity with digital marketing and ad space selling
• Exposure to BPO/KPO environments and international client handling
